This research focuses on understanding how Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs) impact the teaching practices of instructors at the South East Asian Institute of Technology (SEAIT). The study shows that VLEs improve teaching flexibility, organization, and engagement by using tools like online tests and multimedia resources. Teachers feel confident using VLEs, but they also face challenges such as system errors and slow performance. The study uses surveys and statistical methods to measure how often teachers use VLEs and how it affects their teaching. While VLEs provide many benefits, they are not the only factor in teaching success. The research recommends improving VLE systems to make them more user-friendly and effective in enhancing both teacher and student experiences.
