This research examines the integration of Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) technologies to enhance the SEAIT Scholarship System. Using qualitative methods, including semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with administrative staff, the study identifies critical challenges in the current system, such as inefficiencies in real-time data handling, inaccuracies, and limited analytical capabilities. The findings highlight the benefits of integrating OLAP for advanced reporting and OLTP for real-time data processing. This dual approach aims to improve decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure system scalability to meet future demands. The study underscores the transformative potential of combining transactional and analytical technologies within a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) framework, offering a robust solution to the data management challenges faced by educational institutions.
